Gujarat High Court strikes down domicile certificate requirement for registration as cadaveric organ transplant recipient
Patna High Court
Patna High Court expects Authorization Committee to act with empathy and compassion in the matters which come to it under the provisions of the THO&T Act without compromising with the mandatory statutory requirements under the THO&T Act and the THO&T Rules.
